By accepting a raffle for the Freedom Fund Raffle Drawing; you agree to these terms:

For and in consideration of being permitted to participate in the raffle for which this ticket number is issued, I, agree to permanently release and discharge from any and all claims and liabilities of any nature, past, present or future, which have heretofore accrued or which may accrue at any time, and to forever hold harmless and indemnify from any and all such claims and liabilities, Long Island Firearms, LLC, its members, managers, employees and agents. By my purchase of a ticket, I further represent that I meet each and every legal requirement for ownership and possession of the prize offered in the raffle for which this ticket is issued; I am a citizen of the United States; I am over the required age limit required to own and possess said raffle prize; I am not the subject of an order of protection or any other court order prohibiting my possession or ownership of any prize offered in the raffle for which this ticket is issued; I am not otherwise legally prohibited from owning and possessing said raffle prize; and that any prize I may be awarded in the raffle for which this ticket is issued will be owned, possessed and used in full conformity and compliance with each and every applicable law.

We will keep a log online of the ticket #s sold.
This is a RANDOM drawing open to all people able to own a firearm.
We will not be held responsible for what happens after you own the firearm.
Winners are required to pay the tax on this item.
If the winner does not have a valid NYS Pistol License, then the winner is granted a gift certificate for the amount of the R9 / LCP

*Winner will be granted a gift certificate good toward the purchase of a new Ruger 556, LCP, R9 from a local firearm store. You will need to provide a Purchase Order to the store clerk/owner along with a valid Pistol License at time of purchase for handguns.

Winners are only responsible for local taxes, and will be notified by phone, PM and/or mail.
